A2B BRICKS,Fly ash bricks (FAB) are increasingly becoming the standard for modern construction due to their superior technical properties and cost-effectiveness.
it is their high compressive strength combined with dimensional uniformity, which reduces overall construction costs while building a stronger structure.
🧱 1. Superior Strength & Durability -
* High Compressive Strength: They typically offer 7.5 to 10 MPa nearly double that of traditional red bricks.
* Zero Breakage: Their high strength means less than 1–2% wastage during transport and handling, unlike the 10% wastage common with clay bricks.
💸2. Significant Cost Savings -
* Mortar Reduction: Because they are machine-molded and uniform in shape, they require 40–50% less mortar for joints.
* Plaster Savings: Their smooth finish often eliminates the need for a thick plaster base. You can apply Putty or Gypsum plaster directly to the brick surface.
* Lower Unit Price: In most regions, fly ash bricks are inherently cheaper to purchase than high-quality red clay bricks.
* Labor Efficiency: The uniform size makes laying faster for masons, leading to quicker project completion and lower labor costs.
🌨️3. Better Moisture Resistance -
* Low Water Absorption: They absorb only 6–12% water (compared to 20-25% in clay). No Efflorescence: This low absorption prevents the "white powdery" salt deposits and dampness that often ruin the look of red brick walls.
🌳4. Environmental & Thermal Benefits
* Eco-Friendly: They utilize industrial waste (fly ash) and do not deplete fertile topsoil.
* Energy Efficiency: They provide better thermal insulation, keeping interiors cooler in summer and warmer in winter, which reduces electricity bills for cooling/heating.
*Fire Resistance: They are highly non-combustible and offer excellent fire safety for residential and commercial buildings.

Raw Material,Percentage (%),
Fly Ash,55–60%
Sand / Stone Dust,20–30%
Cement (OPC),8–12%
Gypsum,2–5% ( coustomer demand )
* Water Content: Usually 10-12% of the total dry weight is added to create a dough-like consistency for pressing.
* Fly Ash Quality: Should be fine (Grade 1 or 2) with less than 5% Loss on Ignition (unburnt carbon).
* Curing: Our bricks must be water-cured for 15-21 days.

The manufacturing process of A2B BRICKS (Fly Ash bricks) is a high-pressure, non-firing method that transforms industrial waste into durable building material.
Here are the key headlines for the process:
1. Raw Material Collection and Batching :
The journey begins by gathering Fly Ash (the main ingredient), along with sand or stone dust, cement, and gypsum. These materials are weighed precisely to ensure the correct mixing ratio for maximum brick strength.
2. Homogeneous Mixing in Pan Mixer :
The dry raw materials are fed into a pan mixer. Water is added gradually to achieve a dough-like consistency. A twin-shaft mixer is often used to ensure every particle of fly ash is coated with the binding agent.
3. High-Pressure Hydraulic Pressing :
The mixed material is moved via conveyor belt to an automatic brick-molding machine. Here, it is subjected to massive hydraulic pressure . This pressure eliminates air voids and creates the brick's dense, uniform shape.
4. Automatic Demolding and Palleting :
Once pressed, the "green" (fresh) bricks are automatically pushed out of the molds onto wooden or PVC pallets. Because of the high pressure used, they are strong enough to hold their shape immediately.
5. Water Curing :
Fly ash bricks gain strength through mist-cured with water in an open yard for 14 to 21 days.
6. Quality Testing and Sorting :
The final step involves rigorous testing for compressive strength and water absorption. Bricks that pass the standards are sorted and stacked, ready to be shipped to construction sites.
